This is because dependsOn is no longer getting checked when inserting a task.
UNIQUE constraint failed on transitions_schedule when scheduling periodic transitions: When a task status is updated multiple times (e.g., through repeated completion requests or middleware triggers), periodic transitions matching the current status are scheduled multiple times, causing a database constraint violation since (task_id, transition_index) must be unique. This results in 500 errors when completing tasks with recurring transitions.
